How do I get my tickets?

Tickets are delivered via e-mail once your booking is confirmed. Please note it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive your tickets. If you’re already in-destination and need immediate confirmation, please click here to contact us.

How does pricing work?

We work closely with our network of guides and operators to offer the lowest prices available. There are no extra or hidden fees for booking with PlacePass. We know many couples save up for their trip of a lifetime so we’re here to help you make your budget go as far as possible.

How do you process payments?

We work with a secure payment provider to handle online payments. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal for certain tour operators.

What is your cancellation policy?
