Travel Photography, Urban Landscapes and Street Photos

Luke Ballard, founder of Remember Forever has spent his life travelling and taking photographs. A published travel photographer, Luke has visited over 100 countries in his quest for the perfect composition.

For one day only, Luke is taking photographers down the rabbit hole and into the shoes of a professional travel photographer. This class will include four components:

10am – Seminar and Q&A – Discussing the art of travel and street photography, advanced composition, shooting a series, establishing and achieving what you set out to do.

11:30am – Photography Safari – Heading into the streets of Brisbane and Fortitude Valley, we will set off on a tour, in the same manner as Luke works when in the field. This will be an intensive shooting session with goals and assignments set and assistance from Luke and his team.

2pm – Post Production – We will work together to make our images print-ready and fabulous, learning simple tools for simplified processing in order to make our images marketable.

3pm – Group Critique – Using the images we’ve taken and processed today, we will face the scrutiny of a professional critique with a view of improving our images and achieving our photographic goals.

The day will conclude at 4pm.
