Join MP Experience and chef Max Paganoni, of award winning restaurant Max’s at Red Hill Estate, as we celebrate the mysterious mushroom. Enjoy an informative saunter through autumnal Red Hill and discover Max’s secret mushrooming spots. Following the forage, Max will explain the preparation and cooking of the mushrooms collected as guests enjoy a tasting plate and glass of estate wine.
